At 5'2", I eagarly anticipated the arrival of this small-scaled chair, no more propping myself up with a pillow to fill in excess seat depth or using a footstool so my feet don't dangle, and no more having to sit upright on the edge of the chair to be comfortable. To my surprise and disappointment, I am too tall for this chair! The photo of this chair was taken from a low angle making the chair appear much more grand in scale. The chair's scale is perfect for a child. The seat height is less than a foot off the floor. While sitting, I have a four inch gap between my calves and the seat edge and my knees are angled above my hips. The "soft linen fabric" is quite corse and thick, too casual and cheap looking for the sophisticated styling of the chair. The chair should be photographed in a room setting for proportional scale and listing seat height and depth in the description would be helpful. Needless to say, I will be returning the chair.
Cons: Quality, Appearance
